Rio has been under arrest since 11 April 2017.

In his real name Kenta Murata, 24, he is accused of having had sex with a girl who turned out to be a minor. The musician explains that he did not know she was under 18 years old.

According to the police, Kenta Murata violated the Ordinance on the Regulation of Youth Health between September and October 2016.

The girl in question seems to be a fan of the group that regularly went to concerts. An investigation is under way to gather further evidence and evidence.
