It is announced Issei has fallen from stairs of restaurant in Shibuya and his head has been severely injured at 2016/05/07.
Issei has recovered his consciousness and has been discharged from intensive care unit as no life-threatening symptoms are noted, and other members and staff have visited to hospital at 2016/05/20.
