It is announced at Starwave Records presents live "Starwave Fest Vol.9" at TSUTAYA O-West at 2014/06/16 that Scarlet Valse has joined Starwave Records at the same date, and their new CD (type & title not yet finalized) will be released in 2014/09, although details have not yet been announced.
Btw they will hold their free one-man live "3rd Anniversary～Remind of Secret Eden～" at Ikebukuro CYBER at 2014/09/22.
