☄ Synk;yet's bassist Gives update on his physical condition

Bass: Shiori

You might remember that a few months ago we reported on Synk;yet’s bassist Shiori who decided to take a break from live activities in order to undergo treatment for nodular sclerosing Hodgkin's lymphoma.
Today we can give you an update on his condition and his future activities as member of Synk;yet.

According to the doctors he will recover until April 25th and resume live activities on May 4th. This is Shiori’s comment on his condition:

[I apologize for the trouble and worry that I've caused to all who have
continued to support me throughout my break. I wish I could report
that I've completely healed, but due to the nature of Hodgkin's
lymphoma - that is, cancer - I can't say I'm over it completely.

I will undergo regular follow-up exams for five years following the
end of my treatment to watch for signs of relapse. I'll begin
radiation therapy starting on April 2 for as many as 18 treatments,
and then I will return to the stage.

Please wait for me just a bit longer.

Shiori]
On May 12th Synk;yet will celebrate Shiori’s return with a free one man live at Ikebukuro Cyber in Tokyo. Also the band’s 1st PV collection “dimension of vision” will go on presale that day.
We wish Shiori a complete recovery!
