Brother Louie [vocalist] and sister Jill [violinist] are the duo Rose Noire and they have great news for Canadian fans as the two have just announced they will be performing at Otafest at the University of Calgary in Calgary, Alberta, Canada on May 17th 2014 with a great incentive to see their show as convention attendees will be admitted to the concert for "FREE".
Otafest is a Calgary based non-profit organization expressing the values of charity, quality, and transparency. The body of their activity pertains to the promotion of Japanese art, culture, and media in the Canadian community, and their organization rests firmly on the spirit of community collaboration and volunteerism.

If you are not familiar with these two, Rose Noire was formed by Louie and Jill when they were students of the Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music. Their music is free from predefined genres and concepts. Composed of their own world, in their own image, of their own existence and music. Classical with a touch of variety of Rock, R&B, Club music, HipHop, Industrial, Electronica with a touch of Gothic flair is the essence of Rose Noire.
