Velbet is such a band that announced to stop all their activities next March but revealed today that they will release a new live DVD before disbanding.
The release is titled "sekai de mottomo shifuku na hi" and features their one man live held at Shinjuku BLAZE on August 24th, 2013. It costs 4500 Yen and will hit the stores on January 15th.
